Director, Robotic C2 System & Compliance SWE Lead
OverviewAs the Director of Robotic C2 Systems & Compliance, you will architect, build, and scale the unified command-and-control platform that enables Deus X Defense to deliver mission-critical remote security operations. You will transform multiple COTS technologies—Alpha Z, DroneSense, VMS platforms, edge analytics—into a cohesive, reliable, single-pane-of-glass system that empowers our operators to act with speed, clarity, and precision.
This role is both highly technical and operationally strategic. You’ll write code, design architecture, manage contractors, and make smart build-vs-buy decisions in a resource-constrained startup environment. You’ll establish security and compliance frameworks that support early customer deployments while scaling toward full enterprise readiness. You’ll partner directly with field teams and customers to rapidly iterate, integrate, and deploy systems that work in the real world—not just on a whiteboard.
By embedding reliability, security, and disciplined technical rigor into how DXD operates, you’ll accelerate our ability to deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous robotic systems at scale—protecting what matters most and advancing our mission of creating a safer, freer world.
